TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- In the event of any change in government taxes, Mtito Camp may adjust the rates accordingly.
- Mtito safari camp is at its discretion on changes rates. A notice of not less than one month will be given on this page to that effect.
- Any change in currency devaluation by more than 4% Mtito may at its discretion adjust rates in accordance to the fluctuation.
CHILDREN POLICY
- No age limit at Mtito Safari Camp
- Children below 03 years, sharing with adults stay free
- Children between 04- 12 years sharing room with 2 adults pay 50% of per adult rate.
- Children sharing in their own tent, pays 75% of adult rate
- Children 04-12 years sharing tent with one adult pay 50% of adult rate, while the adult pays single room rate.
- Children dinner can be served at 18.00hrs upon request.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
- 30% deposit immediately once reservation is made.
- The Balance to be cleared 30 days before arrival.
- Rates are on full-board accommodation.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW TERMS
- Bookings that are a no-show will forfeit 100% of the charge.
- Bookings cancelled 45 days to date of travel will be charged 20%
- Bookings cancelled 30 days before date of travel will be charged 70% 4.Bookings cancelled 14 days to date of travel will be charged 90%
- Bookings cancelled 7 days before date of travel will forfeit 100%
