Terms and Conditions
- Government Taxes: If government taxes change, Mtito Safari Camp reserves the right to adjust its rates accordingly.
- Rate Changes: Mtito Safari Camp reserves the right to revise its rates at its discretion. Any rate changes will be communicated on this page with at least one month’s notice.
- Currency Fluctuations: If currency devaluation exceeds 4%, Mtito Safari Camp reserves the right to adjust its rates at its discretion to reflect the currency fluctuation.
Children Policy
- No Age Limit: Mtito Safari Camp welcomes children of all ages.
- Children Under 3 Years: Children under 3 years of age sharing accommodation with adults stay free of charge.
- Children Aged 4–12 Sharing with Two Adults: Children aged 4–12 years sharing a tent with two adults are charged 50% of the per-adult rate.
- Children in Their Own Tent: Children staying in a separate tent are charged 75% of the adult rate.
- Children Aged 4–12 Sharing with One Adult: Children sharing a tent with one adult are charged 50% of the adult rate, while the accompanying adult pays the single-room rate.
- Children’s Dinner: Dinner for children can be served at 6:00 PM upon request.
Booking and Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 30% deposit is required immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
- Meal Plan: All rates include full-board accommodation.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- No-Show: Guests who fail to arrive without cancelling their booking will forfeit 100% of the booking cost.
- Cancellation 45 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made 45 days before the travel date will incur a 20% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation 30 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made 30 days before the travel date will incur a 70% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation 14 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made 14 days before the travel date will incur a 90% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation 7 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made 7 days before the travel date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
