Terms and Conditions

CHILDREN POLICY

1. No age limit at Mtito Safari Camp
2. Children below 03 years, sharing with adults stay free
3. Children between 04- 12 years sharing room with 2 adults pay 50% of per adult rate.
4. Children sharing in their own tent, pays 75% of adult rate
5. Children 04-12 years sharing tent with one adult pay 50% of adult rate, while the adult pays single room rate.
6. Children dinner can be served at 18.00hrs upon request.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS  

1. 30% deposit immediately once reservation is made.
2. The Balance to be cleared 30 days before arrival.
3. Rates are on full-board accommodation.
4. Game drives are charged USD 300 per day, private use.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW TERMS

1. Bookings that are a no-show will forfeit 100% of the charge.
2. Bookings cancelled 45 days to date of travel will be charged 20%
3. Bookings cancelled 30 days before date of travel will be charged 70% 4.Bookings cancelled 14 days to date of travel will be charged 90%
4. Bookings cancelled 7 days before date of travel will forfeit 100%

NOTE: WE can pick you from anywhere, contact us for a custom-made package that includes picking you from Nairobi or anywhere else.

• In the event of any change in government taxes, Mtito Safari Camp may adjust the rates accordingly.
• Mtito safari camp is at its discretion on changes rates. A notice of not less than one month will be given on this page to that effect.
• Any change in currency devaluation by more than 4% Mtito Safari Camp may at its discretion adjust rates in accordance with the fluctuation.
