4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS MASAI MARA SAFARI
Day 1: Nairobi- Masai Mara.
Leave Nairobi after breakfast and drive down the beautiful escarpment of the great rift valley, arriving in Masai Mara in the afternoon. Short stopover in Narok town, which is the last major town before entering Masai Mara. You will check into our camp, Mtito Mara, famed for its fresh on-site grown organic vegetables. After lunch, you will enjoy your first game drive in the world famous Masai Mara National reserve. Dinner will be served from 19.30pm. After that, be ready for a silent African night, except for the chirping or birds early in the morning, or the occasional roar of lions in the distance.
Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara
Breakfast is open from 06.00am. Have your meal early, so that by 6.30am you leave the camp with lunch picnic meals. This will enable you to spend more time in the reserve and help you see more as you will not be under any pressure to return to camp for lunch. Return to the camp in the late hours and time allowing, you to enjoy a dip in the swimming pool to stretch your muscles after the long day in the safari jeep. Dinner will be open from 19.30 pm, but you can also enjoy some cocktails at the Kiboko bar before dinner.
Day 3: Full day in Masai Mara
After breakfast, you can choose to have another full day in Masai Mara reserve, with picnic lunch, or you can opt to come back for late lunch and spend the rest of the afternoon resting by the pool, a visit to the village, relax with cocktails at the kiboko bar, or go with the chef to take vegetables for the evening from the garden. It is a flexible day but full of activities. You will discuss with your driver guide how to best do it.
Day 4: Masai Mara-Nairobi
The last day is a relaxed one, lazy breakfast, and soon after you will start your journey back to Nairobi. Or an extension of your safari to other parks or reserves.
